The Vito Project: Film Screening: The Crying Game

Wednesday, 25 March 2015 - 7:30pm to 9:15pm
ReShape and the Cinema Museum are inviting you to the third screening of The Vito Project, a series of free monthly screenings bringing generations of LGBTs together to provide an alternative space to mix, watch films and share ideas.

"The Crying Game", a 1992 British drama film written and directed by Neil Jordan, explores themes of race, gender, nationality, and sexuality against the backdrop of the Irish Troubles. The film was released to critical acclaim and went on to be nominated for six Academy Awards with writer-director Jordan eventually winning the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay.
